Ascent Global Logistics is looking for a Manager, Data and Analytics to own our data function end to end including the team, platforms, and roadmap. You will lead a team of DBAs, Data Analysts, and Data Engineers, drive our data warehouse and reporting initiatives, own Ascent's Master Data Management practice, and ensure high availability and performance of backend databases supporting business-critical, revenue generating transactional systems.
This is a leadership role that stays close to the work and functions as the senior escalation point. You will need the ability to coach, troubleshoot, and get hands-on when necessary. You will also work closely with our software development teams and push AI tools into how the team builds and delivers.
Salary range is $140k-160k/year
