Job Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the end-to-end Contract Administration and Billing process across global entities.
• Review and process customer contracts accurately to ensure timely and error-free billing.
• Manage a team of billing professionals, including workload allocation, coaching, performance management, and employee development.
• Drive operational excellence through KPI monitoring, root cause analysis, and continuous process improvements.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of customer, contract, and billing data in Salesforce (CRM) and NetSuite (ERP).
• Partner with Sales, Finance, Tax, and Operations teams to resolve contract, billing, and revenue-related issues.
• Identify and implement automation opportunities to enhance efficiency, controls, and customer experience.
• Maintain strong internal controls and support internal and external audits with zero significant observations.
• Act as the escalation point for billing and contract administration issues.
• Champion Teciem values, foster a high-performing team culture, and lead change management initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

• Graduate/Postgraduate in Commerce, Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration (B.Com, BBA, MBA, M.Com).
• 7-10+ years of experience in Order-to-Cash (O2C), Contract Administration, Billing, Accounts Receivable, or related finance operations.
• Proven experience managing and developing teams in a shared services or global environment.
• Strong understanding of contract management, billing processes, revenue controls, and cash flow management.
• Experience with ERP and CRM systems, preferably NetSuite and Salesforce.
• Demonstrated ability to drive process standardization, automation, and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; additional European or Asian language skills are an advantage.
• Ability to manage multiple stakeholders, drive performance improvements, and operate effectively in a fast-paced environment.
