Manager - Accounts, Finance & Tax

• Responsible for managing client engagements for accounting and tax compliance 2. Manage a team of 10 members with 3 - 4 direct reporting employees handling various client engagements 3. Ensure proper record keeping, maintenance of books of accounts and tax compliance of client organizations 4. Preparation/verification of periodical customized MIS and financials reports, participation in client review meetings to present/discuss on client financial performance, etc. 5. Ensure timely deliverables to clients (MIS & other reports) and completion of all statutory compliance (TDS, TCS, GST, Advance Tax, etc. for various client organizations) 6. Develop MIS templates, checklists, report formats, compliance calendars, etc. for effective work management and internal controls 7. Maintain cordial relationships with clients, deliver good quality service, and ensure to attend to concerns or feedback 8. Responsible for task allocation based on client engagements, managing the CRM updation of the team, knowledge sharing on subject matters, and regulatory updates 9. Report on team and client-related updates to Reporting manager / Management. 10. Perform other duties as assigned.
