Supply Chain is not a support function here. As Fervo scales, our job is shifting from spot sourcing for-off needs to a supply chain built for a known, recurring cadence — with the right carriers, routes, and import processes lined up in advance so equipment lands where and when it's needed.

Fervo's Logistics team manages the end-to-end movement of equipment, materials, and components to active project sites, including drilling rigs and completions programs. The Drilling & Completions Logistics Coordinator owns the trucking and vendor relationships that keep drill pipe, BHA components, mud motors, MWD tools, roller reamers, and wellhead and completion equipment moving on schedule. This person works hand-in-hand with rig and completions site teams to understand upcoming material needs, builds and manages a reliable carrier and vendor pool, implements processes that keep the flow of D&C materials smooth and predictable, and analyzes shipment patterns to find cost-reduction opportunities.
