Legal & Compliance Executive

About the Role:

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Legal & Compliance Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will support our legal and compliance functions by managing litigations, drafting/reviewing agreements, and coordinating with external legal counsels. The role requires a clear understanding of legal frameworks and the ability to represent the company's viewpoint effectively in legal proceedings and discussions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Maintain organized legal documentation and compliance records
• Draft, review, and vet contracts, agreements, and other legal documents
• Represent the company's point of view in legal proceedings and correspondence
• Handle all company-related litigations, legal notices, and disputes
• Assist in regulatory compliance and internal policy drafting
• Monitor and report on changes in applicable laws and regulations
• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure policy alignment

Requirements:

• LLB degree from a recognized university (02 years of experience)
• Strong verbal and written communication

skills

• Ability to manage multiple legal matters and timelines simultaneously
• Proactive and confident in presenting legal opinions
• Sound understanding of civil, commercial, and contract law *

Experience

or understanding of financial products and services is an added advantage

• or understanding of financial products and services is an added advantage
• Knowledge of regulatory bodies such as RBI, SEBI, etc., is a plus Why Join Us:
