• Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the property’s Learning & Development initiatives
• Plan and deliver engaging training programs aligned with IHG standards
• Drive service excellence and quality standards across the resort
• Monitor guest feedback, quality scores and brand standards
• Conduct quality audits and identify opportunities for improvement
• Partner with HODs to identify training needs and develop colleagues
• Support, induction and development programs
• Drive a strong learning culture and continuous improvement mindset

🎯

• We’re Looking For:
• Relevant experience in Learning & Development / Quality within the hospitality industry
• Strong understanding of luxury hospitality and service standards
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills
• Passion for people development and service excellence
• Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
