Support learning needs analysis, learner personas, skills-gap reviews and role-to-capability mapping
Help design learning journeys, curriculum maps, course outlines and blended learning experiences across ILT, VILT, WBT, microlearning and performance support.
Develop e-learning modules, storyboards, facilitator and learner guides, job aids, simulations, quick-reference guides, assessments and reinforcement assets.
Use adult learning principles and instructional design methods such as ADDIE or SAM, under guidance from senior team members.
Support learning evaluation, feedback analysis, knowledge assessment and outcome reporting.
Maintain stakeholder registers, change-impact logs, readiness trackers and adoption dashboards.
Support stakeholder analysis, focus groups, surveys and workshop output synthesis.

Review source material, support proposal content and participate in stakeholder discussions.
Help maintain the capability, proposal and case-study repositories.
