Responsibilities: Develop and implement financial strategies and solutions to optimize performance and drive organizational growth. Lead and manage finance and accounting teams to ensure accurate financial reporting and regulatory compliance. Collaborate with senior management to set financial goals and objectives, and track progress toward achieving them. Evaluate and enhance financial processes and systems to improve operational efficiency and effectiveness. Provide financial analysis and insights to support strategic decision-making and enhance business performance. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices to recommend innovative financial and accounting solutions.
