Lead JavaScript Automation Test Engineer

We are seeking a Lead JavaScript Automation Test Engineer to safeguard the reliability and precision of our software platforms. You will lead a tester team, oversee automated testing flows, and continuously improve our test automation framework.

• Lead and mentor a team of testers, providing guidance and support throughout testing cycles
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and assess system requirements
• Develop thorough test plans, test cases, and overall testing strategies
• Prioritize and coordinate testing activities to ensure efficient and complete coverage
• Design, implement, and execute automation scripts using advanced testing tools
• Record, communicate, and track defects through resolution, ensuring fixes are verified
• Define quality standards and enforce adherence to established best practices
• Monitor and analyze QA metrics to drive continuous process improvements
• Stay up to date with emerging testing tools, technology trends, and best practices
• Contribute actively to QA conversations and testing-related initiatives

• Extensive experience in Automation Testing with a strong focus on JavaScript (8–12 years)
• Hands-on expertise with JavaScript and TypeScript (4–6 years)
• Proven leadership experience in a QA role (1+ year)
• Practical knowledge of UI Automation tools such as Playwright, Mocha, Chai, Jest, Puppeteer, or Cypress
• Background in Web Service and API Test Automation, including test case design and automation framework development
• Solid proficiency with Webdriver I/O for UI testing
• English proficiency at B2 (Upper-Intermediate) or higher
