• Provide internal legal advice in the areas of contracts and corporate law;
• Review various contracts (supply, service provision, confidentiality, etc.);
• Monitor legal processes, from the administrative to the judicial phase;
• Conduct legal research and prepare opinions;
• Keep up to date on labor and contractual legislation;
• Assist in the management of legal documents;
• Interact with other areas of the company to provide legal support.

• Prepare and issue documents requested by the legal manager
• Control contract terms and negotiations with the client

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in contracts working in multinational companies
• Lawyer register at OAB
• Agility
• Resilient and patient – ​​maintaining motivation
• Business acumen: consider both commercial and legal aspects when making a decision
• Good communication and negotiation skills – to interact at all levels of the organization and with clients Interpersonal skills
• Leadership
• Ownership and Accountability
• Fluency in English and Portuguese. Spanish is a plus.
