Summary:
As a Large Language Model Architect, you will be responsible for architecting large language models that can effectively process and generate natural language. Your typical day will involve designing neural network parameters and working with extensive datasets to ensure optimal performance and accuracy in language processing tasks. You will collaborate with various teams to refine model architectures and enhance their capabilities, contributing to innovative solutions in natural language understanding and generation

• Roles & Responsibilities: - Expected to be a Subject Matter Expert with deep knowledge and experience.
  - Should have influencing and advisory skills.
  - Responsible for team decisions.
  - Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
  - Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
  - Facilitate knowledge sharing sessions to enhance team capabilities.
  - Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies that can improve model performance
• Professional & Technical Skills: - Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models.
  - Strong understanding of neural network architectures and their applications.
  - Experience with natural language processing techniques and frameworks.
  - Familiarity with data preprocessing and augmentation methods for text data.
  - Ability to analyze model performance and implement improvements
• Additional Information: - The candidate should have minimum 15 years of experience in Large Language Models.
  - This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
  - A 15 years full time education is required.
