(L0 / L1) Security Engineer - PAM / DAM/IAM

We are looking for a Fresher / Entry-level L1 PAM / IAM Security Engineer to support day-to-day operations, monitoring, and administration activities related to Privileged Access Management (PAM), Database Activity Monitoring (DAM), and Identity & Access Management (IAM) in enterprise environments. The role involves assisting in user access management, privileged account operations, monitoring activities, and basic security support tasks under supervision. The engineer will work closely with Information Security, SOC, Infrastructure, Application, and IAM teams to ensure smooth execution of identity and access-related processes while following standard SOPs and escalation procedures.

Responsibilities

Monitor PAM, DAM, and IAM dashboards and alerts under supervision Support user onboarding, offboarding, and access provisioning activities Assist in privileged account management and password vault operations Handle access-related tickets and service requests as per SOPs Perform initial troubleshooting and escalate issues to L2/L3 teams Monitor privileged sessions and access activities under guidance Support audit, compliance, and access review processes Assist in generating basic operational and access reports Coordinate with internal teams and OEM/vendor support when required Maintain SOPs, documentation, and runbooks Follow security policies, procedures, and change management guidelines Support 24/7 rotational shift operations Preferred
