- What You'll Be Responsible For:
1. Leadership Development
- Design and implement leadership development architecture aligned with business strategy.
- Build leadership capability roadmaps across different leadership levels.
- Identify future leadership capabilities required for organizational growth.
2. Talent & Succession Management
- Develop robust succession planning frameworks for critical roles.
- Identify and nurture high-potential talent across the organization.
- Strengthen leadership bench strength and readiness for future challenges.
3. Learning & Capability Building
- Conduct organization-wide capability gap assessments.
- Design learning interventions that improve business and functional capability.
- Create structured learning pathways linked to career growth and organizational priorities.
4. Talent Development Programs
- Lead management trainee, graduate trainee, and emerging leader development programs.
- Design accelerated growth journeys for identified talent pools.
- Measure effectiveness and impact of development initiatives.
5. Coaching & Development Culture
- Establish coaching and mentoring frameworks.
- Enable leaders to become coaches and people developers.
- Foster an enterprise-wide culture of learning, growth, and self-development.
6. Learning Analytics & Governance
- Define learning effectiveness metrics and success measures.
- Drive adoption of LMS and digital learning platforms.
- Ensure governance, reporting accuracy, data integrity, and continuous improvement of learning initiatives.
- 10+ years of experience in Learning & Development, Talent Management, Leadership Development, or Organizational Development.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing leadership development frameworks.
- Strong exposure to succession planning, talent reviews, and capability-building initiatives.
- Experience in creating learning academies, learning pathways, and digital learning ecosystems.
- Track record of measuring learning impact using data and analytics.
