Purpose of the role

To support Wholesale with day-to-day processing, reviewing, reporting, and issue resolution.

Accountabilities

• Support with day-to-day Wholesale initiatives including KYC processing, reviewing (which can include Quality Checking), reporting, trading and issue resolution.
• Collaboration and engagement with clients/front office to gather Customer Due Diligence information/evidence in order to or refresh a clients KYC in line with documented policy.
• Collaboration with teams across the bank to align and integrate Wholesale processes.
• Identification of areas for improvement and providing recommendations for change in Wholesale processes.
• Development and implementation of Wholesale procedures and controls to mitigate risks and maintain operational efficiency.
• Development of reports and presentations on Wholesale performance and communicate findings to internal senior stakeholders.
• Identification of industry trends and developments to implement best practice in Wholesale.
• Participation in projects and initiatives to improve Wholesale efficiency and effectiveness.

Step into the role of KYC Manager at Barclays, where you will play a critical role in ensuring compliance and efficiency in and managing client relationship. This position is pivotal in supporting corporate and investment banking operations through robust KYC processes.

You may be assessed on key critical skills relevant for success in role such as:

• Extensive experience in corporate banking KYC
• Proven expertise in KYC, Refresh, and periodic reviews
• Strong knowledge of regulatory requirements and industry best practices

Desirable Skillsets:

• Any KYC stream experience along with customer due diligence knowledge.
• Complete and CDD (client due diligence) experience is required.
• Effective communication and stakeholder management to collaborate with internal and external team.
