Junior Data I/O Support

PhantomFX is looking for a Junior Data I/O Artist to support the smooth movement, management, and availability of project data and assets across internal teams and external stakeholders. This entry-level role is suited to candidates who have an interest in VFX production, data management, and technical operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Coordinate the transfer and movement of project assets and data. Ensure required assets and project data are available to Artists and Production teams. Support client sends, downloads, uploads, and data transfers. Assist with data archiving and restoration as required. Maintain proper file structures and naming conventions. Track data transfers and the allocation of physical media/drives. Coordinate with Artists, Production, Editorial, and IT teams. Follow company and client data-security and confidentiality requirements.

Requirements

6 months –1 year of experience; freshers are welcome. Basic understanding of VFX or post-production workflows. Basic knowledge of file management and data-transfer processes. Good computer and technical skills. Strong attention to detail and data-handling discipline. Good communication and coordination skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced production environment. Willingness to learn and adapt to VFX production requirements.
