in a research, consulting, or strategic content role. Role Summary: We are looking for a sharp, detail‑oriented associate to support BFSI video strategy development through research, analysis, and early‑stage framework structuring.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct secondary research on BFSI industry trends, client segments, and competitor strategies. Support development of strategic video journeys for clients proposals. Conduct secondary research on BFSI trends, regulations, competitor moves, and consumer behavior. Extract insights from annual reports, regulatory filings, investor decks, and analyst notes. Map user cohorts, personas, and funnel stages for proposed video journeys. Translate research outputs into early-stage frameworks (journey maps, content matrices, A/B hypotheses). Prepare monthly insight digests highlighting what content worked and why. Familiarity with digital-funnel metrics (bounce, conversion %, heat maps) and how they relate to video journeys. Assist in mapping user flows, format suggestions, and video structuring for BFSI use cases. Populate presentation decks with relevant research and data points. Collaborate with senior strategists and the Head of Content to synthesize inputs into usable strategy documents.

and Skillset Bachelor’s degree (Communication, Business, or related). Basic understanding of the BFSI ecosystem (lending, insurance, investments). Strong communication and presentation structuring skills. Proficiency in PowerPoint/Google Slides and online research. Detail‑oriented; able to interpret large volumes of information. Strong language and writing

Maintain a central research repository (industry reports, competitor decks, data sources) and keep it indexed for quick reuse in future proposals. Own first-level data clean-up and visualization - convert raw figures into tidy tables or simple charts. Track performance analytics from completed video journeys (completion rates, CTRs) and log insights that feed back into future strategy. Draft executive summaries & insight memos for internal stakeholders, distilling long research findings into concise, slide-ready take-aways. Assist persona and cohort mapping by compiling variables. From public and client data. Coordinate with design pod to ensure research outputs (flows, frameworks) are visually annotated and version-controlled. Excel/Google Sheets proficiency (pivot tables, basic formulas) for quick data crunching. Intro-level data-visualisation tools (e.g., Canva charts, PowerPoint SmartArt; Power BI a plus). Comfort with digital-funnel metrics (bounce rate, conversion %, session heat maps) to interpret video journey analytics. Awareness of BFSI regulations & jargon (IRDAI, KYC, RBI guidelines) to ensure research accuracy. Basic understanding of AI-powered content platforms and video distribution tech; curiosity to keep pace with new tools.
