Junior Audience Research Specialist

We are looking for a

Junior Audience Research Specialist

to join our growing team and develop their skills in a hands-on, entry-level role. In this role, you’ll help us understand audiences, identify the right people for different brands, and turn those insights into effective social media and advertising activities.### What we’re looking for

• Interest in understanding people, audiences, social media, and behavior;

• Analytical and curious mindset, with an ability to identify patterns and draw conclusions from information;

• Familiarity with social media platforms and

Meta Ads / Meta Business Suite

;

• Good communication skills, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.

What you’ll do

• Research and analyze target audiences, their interests, needs, and behavior;

• Assist with audience targeting and

Meta advertising campaigns

;

• Support social media activities, including content planning, publishing, and community engagement;

• Monitor campaign and social media performance and use insights to suggest improvements.
