Junior/Associate Full-Stack Developer

We are looking for a motivated Junior/Associate Full-Stack Developer (Fresher) with a strong academic background in computer science (or equivalent self-learning) and a genuine passion for software development. Candidates should have solid programming fundamentals and a quick learning attitude — the ability to pick up new technologies, tools, and frameworks rapidly. The ideal candidate will be eager to work across mobile apps, web apps, backend services, and admin portals, growing into a versatile developer through hands-on experience under the guidance of senior engineers.

RESPONSIBILITIES

1\

• Learning &: Learn the codebase, tools, and best practices across our multi-project ecosystem (Flutter, React Native,

React, NestJS).

Complete assigned learning modules and small tasks to build familiarity with the stack.

Ask questions and seek guidance actively while building confidence.

• Web Development: Build simple UI components and pages using React, HTML/CSS, and modern JavaScript.

Fix bugs and make small enhancements in existing frontend codebases.

3\

• Backend Basics: Work on small backend tasks using Node.js and REST APIs.

Assist in writing and maintaining database queries (PostgreSQL/SQL).

4\

• Testing: Write basic unit tests (Jest) for functions and components.

Perform manual testing and report issues clearly.

5. Independent Contributor with Guidance:

Work on well-defined tasks with supervision while learning to work independently.

Collaborate with team members to understand requirements and deliver solutions.

6. AI Tool Adoption & Productivity Enhancement:

Utilize AI-powered development tools to accelerate learning and productivity.

Stay open to exploring new AI-assisted solutions for automation and efficiency.

• Code Quality & Best Practices: Follow coding standards and participate in code reviews.

Write clean, simple, and maintainable code.

8. Collaboration & Learning

Work closely with senior engineers and product teams to understand business needs.

Be genuinely curious and open to learning new technologies and best practices.

Communicate progress and blockers clearly with the team.

Requirements

Mandatory

Educational Qualification: BSc/BCA/MSc/MCA/BTech/MTech (any of these).

Solid programming fundamentals — data structures, algorithms, and logic building.

Exposure to at least programming language (e.g., Java/C++/Python/JavaScript).

Basic knowledge of JavaScript and HTML/CSS.

Basic understanding of databases (SQL).

Basic understanding of Git version control.

Quick learning attitude — demonstrated ability to self-learn and pick up new technologies fast.

Good written and verbal English communication.

Optional (Good to Have)

Exposure to any of: React, Node.js.

Exposure to advanced database concepts: in-memory stores (Redis), NoSQL (MongoDB, DynamoDB), or

database optimization techniques.

Basic exposure to unit testing concepts.

A portfolio of academic projects, internships, or self-learning projects (GitHub).
