Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Jr. Physiotherapist to join our fitness center team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in enhancing the health, fitness, and well-being of clients by providing expert physiotherapy services and guiding them through recovery and injury prevention. You will work closely with fitness coaches to create a holistic approach to physical health and performance.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Evaluate clients’ physical condition, mobility, and fitness levels, identify injuries, musculoskeletal issues, or movement dysfunctions.
• Provide hands-on treatments, including manual therapy, dry needling, or taping, oversee rehabilitation exercises to ensure proper form and effectiveness.
• Develop injury prevention strategies tailored to clients’ fitness goals by educating clients about proper posture, exercise techniques, and safe workout practices.
• Motivate and encourage clients to achieve their rehabilitation and fitness goals.
• Formulating treatment plans to address the conditions and needs of patients.
• Standing and moving around during sessions lasting up to hour.
• Enabling clients to continue working and leading a better lifestyle for as long as possible.
• Alleviating pain through massage, stretches, exercises or other hands-on manual therapy.
• Work with elderly patients to improve mobility, balance, and daily functioning through targeted exercises and hands-on therapy, focusing on fall prevention and long-term independence.

Skills Required

• Excellent interpersonal and verbal communicating skills to clearly share information with clients.
• Perform very hands-on work, assisting clients with movements.
• Treat patients with empathy, dignity and respect
• Familiarity with office software (MS Office, Google Suite more importantly)
• Personal Traits: Approachable, and able to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to unlearn and relearn, ability to take and give constructive feedback.

Qualification

• Candidates must have completed at least bachelor's degree in physiotherapy or physical therapy from a UGC recognized university.
• Must have cleared the National Physical Therapy Examination (NPTE) and have a valid license.

• Carefully read the JD and apply for the role.
• There will be a Telephonic / Personal Interview of shortlisted candidates.
• A Technical round of interview will be conducted depending on the candidate screening in telephonic round.
• A final round of interviews with the founders will be conducted.
• Selected candidates shall be intimated via mail directly by the HR Team and the orientation process will follow.
  Post intimation and dispatch of offer letters, the on-boarding process will begin.
