Project Description:

We are seeking a Business Analyst to bridge business requirements and technical delivery across integration, data, and enterprise software projects. The role involves working closely with stakeholders and delivery teams to understand business needs, define solution requirements, support Agile development activities, and ensure successful implementation through testing and validation.

Location: Bangalore (Remote)

How You'll Make an Impact:

• Engage with stakeholders to gather, analyse, and document business, functional, and system requirements.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional specifications, business rules, process workflows, and data-mapping documents.
• Act as the key liaison between business users, project teams, and technical teams to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
• Maintain traceability between business objectives, solution design, development activities, test cases, and delivered outcomes.
• Support Agile delivery practices, including backlog refinement, requirement prioritization, sprint planning, and collaboration with cross-functional teams.
• Perform data analysis and validation activities using SQL to support requirement discovery, impact assessments, and solution verification.
• Coordinate and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT), including test scenario preparation, defect management, and business sign-off activities.
• Identify process improvement opportunities and provide recommendations that enhance operational efficiency and solution effectiveness.
• Contribute to the successful delivery of enterprise applications, system integrations, and data-driven solutions while ensuring business expectations are met.

What Makes You a Great Fit:

• 4+ years of Business Analysis experience supporting enterprise software, integration, or data-focused projects.
• Proven ability to elicit requirements and convert complex business challenges into clear, actionable solution specifications.
• Strong expertise in business process analysis, documentation, functional requirements definition, and data-mapping activities.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis, validation, and troubleshooting.
• Experience working in Agile environments and collaborating with product owners, developers, testers, and business stakeholders.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining attention to detail and delivering high-quality outcomes.
• Experience in regulated industries is a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication skills with the ability to engage effectively with both technical and non-technical audiences.
