Synechron is seeking a
Java, React & Python technology professional
with
5+ years of experience
in technology leadership and software development. The role will support the design, development, and delivery of scalable software solutions while contributing technical guidance, stakeholder collaboration, and delivery oversight across cross-functional teams.The position will contribute to business objectives by translating requirements into technology solutions, improving engineering processes, evaluating new technologies, maintaining technology roadmaps, and supporting successful project delivery.
Software Requirements
Required

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field; equivalent professional experience may be considered.
- Minimum of 5+ years of experience in technology leadership and software development, including relevant experience with Java, React, and Python.
- Certifications in cloud computing, Agile, Scrum, project management, software architecture, or relevant technologies are preferred.
- Complete Synechron-required training related to information security, data protection, workplace conduct, risk management, and responsible technology use.
- Maintain continuous professional development in Java, React, Python, cloud technologies, databases, security, software architecture, and Agile delivery.
