Key Responsibilities
- Development & Technical
- Understand and analyze new business and technical requirements
- Design, code, test, and debug high-quality software applications
- Ensure error-free, optimized, and maintainable code
- Perform unit testing and support QA during testing phases
- Coordinate with QA teams for defect resolution and validation
- Ensure quick resolution of production and application issues
- Maintain proper technical documentation
Planning & Delivery
- Participate in project planning and estimation
- Ensure timely delivery of assigned tasks and milestones
- Use task and project management tools effectively (JIRA, etc.)
Team Leadership
- Lead and mentor junior developers
- Assign tasks, review code, and ensure coding standards are followed
- Provide technical guidance and training to the team
- Support team productivity and continuous improvement
Learning & Growth
- Stay updated with new technologies, tools, and AI-driven development practices
- Continuously improve technical and leadership skills
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
- 3–5 years of hands-on experience in Java-based application development
- Prior experience in
leading or mentoring a development team
Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
Good communication and collaboration abilities
