Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Java Developer role based in the Pune District. The Java Developer will design, develop, test, and maintain Java-based applications aligned with client and project requirements. Responsibilities include implementing and optimizing microservices, integrating services using the Spring Framework, and writing clean, efficient, and well-documented code. The role involves collaborating with cross-functional teams, participating in code reviews, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and ensuring performance, scalability, and security of applications. The Java Developer will also contribute to continuous improvement by adopting best practices, updating technical documentation, and staying current with relevant technologies.

Qualifications

• Strong Java and general programming skills, with experience in object-oriented design and coding standards.
• Hands-on experience in software development, including application design, implementation, and maintenance.
• Practical knowledge of microservices architecture and service-oriented design.
• Proficiency with the Spring Framework and related libraries or tools.
• Understanding of RESTful APIs, database integration (SQL/NoSQL), and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment, communicate clearly, and meet project deadlines.
• Experience with cloud platforms, CI/CD pipelines, and unit/integration testing frameworks is an advantage.
