We are currently looking for an IT Recruiter to join our team.

Job Overview

• Recruit for technical and non-technical roles.
• Interact with potential candidates and leads on social media and professional networks.
• Screen candidates for skills, experience, and cultural fit; write summaries after each interview.
• Submit candidates to hiring managers and create a positive candidate experience.
• Track the progress of submissions and keep clients informed about recruitment statistics and the status of candidates.
• Proactively facilitate the placement of available candidates into open jobs for Talentuch clients.
• Drive continuous improvements to our candidates’ interview experience.
• Identify issues in the recruitment process and suggest management solutions.

Types of Projects You'll Work On

At Talentuch, recruiters can work across different types of recruitment projects depending on client needs and team capacity:

Talentuch

Recruitment Projects

You may manage vacancies for several Talentuch clients, taking ownership of the recruitment process from sourcing and candidate engagement through interviews, client submission, and offer acceptance.

Managed Recruiter Projects

You may work directly with a Talentuch client's internal team as a managed recruiter. In this model, you become part of the client's day-to-day recruitment process, collaborate directly with hiring managers and TA/HR teams, and work with their vacancies, processes, and priorities.

This gives you exposure to different companies, international markets, hiring models, and recruitment challenges rather than limiting you to type of search.

How Your Compensation Works

Your compensation consists of three components:

Base salary

• your fixed monthly compensation.

KPI bonus

• an additional performance-based bonus for achieving your recruitment KPIs.

Placement bonus

• an additional bonus for every candidate you successfully place with a Talentuch client working with us under the Contingency recruitment model.

The placement bonus can make a significant difference to your total monthly income.

• Example:
  If you place a candidate with a monthly salary of $4,200 for a Contingency client, your placement bonus can be approximately $750.

Place three specialists at a similar compensation level, and you can earn approximately $2,250 in placement bonuses on top of your base salary and KPI bonus.

The more successful Contingency placements you make, the higher your total compensation can be.

Requirements

• Experience in a recruiting role.
• Ability to “sell” vacancies and the company as a whole during the recruiting process.
• Excellent people and communication skills.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills: English is a must, other languages are a plus.
• Presentable appearance and work environment for conducting video interviews.
