Duties and Responsibilities

 IT Recruiter at TMI is responsible for sourcing, recruiting, and screening applicants for a variety of technical positions, including software engineers, system administrators, computer programmers, and database administrators, for clients of TMI.

These are some of the duties and requirements of a IT recruiter at TMI

•  Source, screen, interview, and evaluate candidates
•  Foster long-term relationships with candidates
• Review and understand technical job requirement requirements
•  Review applicants to verify if position requirements are met
•  Format resumes meeting client expectations
• Research new technologies
•  Create detailed job descriptions
•  Follow up with candidates

Skills

• Technology knowledge – Ability to understand technology and to keep abreast of technology trends at Client Company.

• Confidence – The ability to be comfortable in who is. If you don’t know the know it, learn it and do not try to fake it. It may be off-putting to your candidate when you try to fake technical knowledge.

• Inquisitiveness – Being able to ask questions of your sales/account managers (agency recruiters), clients (hiring managers) and your candidates

• Relationship Building – Start every conversation with the intent to build, develop and maintain relationships with your candidates.

• Continuous Learning

• Vernacular Requirements:

 Should be conversant in English and Hindi. Knowledge of an additional regional language will be a definite plus

• Computer Skills:

Proficiency required in Power Point Presentations ,Emails and worksheets

Technology Awareness

 Current experience of hiring in latest .net Technologies, Java, Android Platform, and other frequent technology platforms.

Education Specifications

 An Engineer with an MBA is preferred.

• Years of relevant experience:

 3+ years’ experience as a professional, full life cycle Recruiter specializing in Technical or IT recruiting and/or Executive Recruiting is required, preferably in a high volume recruiting department

Salary

The annual minimum CTC range starts at 2.40 lakhs per annum. Salary is negotiated based on experience and last drawn pay.

Work Timings

We work 5 days a week, except on the 1st Saturdays’ of every month. The work timings are flexible and based on projects and client requirements.
