Sai House Consultants Hyderabad seeking IT recruiters for their Australian Clients

Core Responsibilities

1. Sourcing & Pipeline Building

• Active Sourcing: Proactively finding "passive" candidates (those not looking for work) via LinkedIn Recruiter, GitHub, Stack Overflow, and specialized job boards (e.g., Dice).

• Boolean Search: Crafting complex search strings to filter resumes for specific coding languages, frameworks, or certifications.

• Networking: Attending tech conferences, meetups, and hackathons to build a long-term talent pool.

2. Technical Screening & Evaluation

• Requirement Analysis: Meeting with hiring managers to understand the "tech stack" (e.g., Java vs. Kotlin) and the soft skills needed for the team.

• Initial Interviews: Conducting phone/video screens to verify a candidates experience, salary expectations, and interest level.

• Skill Assessment: Administering or coordinating technical tests (e.g., Codility, HackerRank) before moving candidates to the panel interview stage.

3. Full-Cycle Management

• Interview Coordination: Managing schedules between busy engineering teams and candidates.

• Offer Negotiation: Acting as the bridge between the companys budget and the candidates expectations, including base pay, equity (RSUs/options), and benefits.

• Candidate Experience: Ensuring every applicant receives timely feedback to maintain a strong "employer brand" in the tech community.

LinkedIn Recruiter, Manatal (ATS), or Zoho Recruit

?
