IT Procurement

• Position Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented IT Procurement Professional

with 5-7 years of proven expertise for strategic sourcing and procurement of IT

products and services. The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in procuring IT hardware, software, cloud services, SaaS applications, cybersecurity solutions, telecommunications, and professional services. The role requires end-to-end ownership of procurement activities, supplier relationship management, commercial negotiations, contract management, and stakeholder engagement while ensuring cost optimization, regulatory compliance, and procurement governance.

• Key Responsibilities: Strategic Procurement & Sourcing:

 End-to-end procurement of IT hardware, software, cloud services, SaaS applications, cybersecurity solutions, telecommunications, data center infrastructure, and technology services.

 Proven experience in procurement of IT infrastructure, software licensing,

cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud), SaaS applications, cybersecurity solutions, telecommunications, and managed services.

 Develop and execute category sourcing strategies aligned with business

objectives and technology roadmaps.

 Manage the complete sourcing lifecycle, including requirement gathering,

market assessment, RFI/RFP/RFQ preparation, supplier evaluation, commercial analysis, negotiations, and contract award.

 Drive competitive bidding and supplier selection to achieve optimum

commercial and technical outcomes.

• Commercial & Contract Management:

 Negotiate pricing, commercial terms, payment terms, SLAs, licensing models,

support agreements, renewals, and long-term contracts.

 Ensure timely execution of contracts in collaboration with Legal, Finance,

Information Security, and business stakeholders.

 Manage contract renewals, amendments, vendor obligations, and commercial

risk throughout the contract lifecycle.

 Deliver measurable cost savings while optimizing Total Cost of Ownership

(TCO).

• Vendor & Stakeholder Management:

 Build and maintain strategic relationships with OEMs, distributors, system

integrators, cloud providers, and technology partners.

 Conduct supplier performance reviews, governance meetings, and business

reviews to improve service quality and vendor performance.

 Collaborate with IT, Information Security, Finance, Legal, Risk, and business

teams to understand procurement requirements and deliver timely sourcing

support.

 Act as a trusted procurement advisor to business stakeholders on sourcing

strategies and commercial decisions.
