The Rig / Productivity Team is responsible for ensuring that recorded field data is uploaded, reconciled, validated, and made ready for reuse. The role combines two critical functions: processing SD card data and reviewing recorded videos to determine whether the data is valid.
The team ensures that every uploaded batch is accounted for, SD cards are returned to inventory within the expected turnaround time, and valid-data assessments are completed accurately. No shortcuts in data handling, no unexplained pending work, and no compromise on data quality.
Rig: Complete the upload-to-return cycle for SD cards, ensuring data is uploaded successfully before cards are formatted and returned to inventory.
Productivity: Review recorded videos and accurately determine valid vs. invalid data.
Maintain complete visibility of pending work, turnaround time, and any data-related issues.
Ensure that every batch is processed in the correct sequence and that no data is skipped or misrepresented.
Receive reconciled SD cards from the inventory team.
Upload recorded data to the cloud as per the defined process.
Verify that uploads are completed successfully before proceeding to formatting.
Track uploaded, pending, and failed uploads.
Report any corrupt cards, upload failures, or other data-related issues.
Format SD cards after successful upload confirmation.
Ensure formatted cards are returned to inventory on the same day.
Maintain accurate records of cards processed, formatted, and returned.
Follow the complete upload → format → return sequence without skipping steps.
Review recorded videos to determine whether the data is valid.
Identify and record valid vs. invalid data accurately.
Track videos checked against pending videos.
Maintain valid-data percentages at card and batch level.
Escalate unclear or questionable data for further review.
Maintain daily visibility of SD cards and batches across the processing cycle.
Track turnaround from reconciled → uploaded → formatted → returned to inventory.
Maintain clean and complete Google Sheets trackers.
Report pending work, delays, and card/data errors.
Ensure all uploaded batches are accounted for and their validation status is recorded.
Follow the defined upload, formatting, and video-review processes consistently.
Avoid skipping, rushing, or incorrectly marking data to clear backlogs.
Maintain accuracy during repetitive, high-volume video review.
Ensure that data handling and reporting remain honest and traceable.
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with Google Sheets.
Comfortable handling SD cards, card readers, and computer-based data transfers.
Ability to follow technical processes and checklists accurately.

Works closely with the Inventory and QC teams to ensure smooth movement of SD cards and accurate data processing.
