IT Associate

The IT Associate will be responsible for managing and supporting the organisation’s IT infrastructure, digital systems, and training technology platforms, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and secure handling of data in an aviation training environment.

Key Responsibilities

Maintain and support IT infrastructure including computers, networks, printers, and peripherals Manage and support Learning Management Systems (LMS) used for training delivery and tracking Ensure smooth functioning of smart boards, classroom technology, and digital teaching tools Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network-related issues Manage user access, data backups, and basic cybersecurity practices Support IT

requirements

during training sessions, examinations, and audits Coordinate with external vendors for IT services and maintenance Maintain IT documentation, asset registers, and system records Ensure data confidentiality and system reliability

Requirements

BE. / B.tech in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related field

Experience

with LMS platforms and office IT infrastructure preferred
