The Role and Impact: As an IP Design Verification Engineer, you will play an integral role in shaping Intel's advanced IP technologies that empower innovation and redefine digital experiences. • Key Responsibilities: - Perform functional verification of IP logic to ensure designs meet specification requirements. - Develop and execute IP verification plans, test benches, and environments to confirm compliance with microarchitecture specifications. - Define and run system simulation models to verify designs, analyze power and timing, and identify bugs. - Replicate, root cause, and debug issues in the presilicon environment and implement corrective measures to resolve failing tests. - Collaborate with architects, RTL developers, and physical design teams to improve verification of complex architectural and microarchitectural features. - Document test plans and spearhead technical reviews of plans and proofs with design and architecture teams. - Maintain and improve existing functional verification infrastructure and methodologies. - Participate in defining verification infrastructure and related TFMs needed for functional design verification.

• Qualifications:

Minimum Qualifications: - Bachelor's or BS degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field. - 6+ years of experience with a Bachelor's degree, 4+ years with a Master's degree, or 2+ years with a PhD. - Strong coding skills in Perl or Python. - Proficiency in SystemVerilog and UVM/OVM methodology. - Hands-on experience with AMBA protocols (AXI, AHB, APB). - Proven ability to design and implement verification test environments

• Preferred Qualifications: - Experience bringing up coherent protocols from inception to implementation. - Knowledge of Network-on-Chip verification methodologies. - Familiarity with formal verification techniques. - Exposure to power-aware verification and knowledge of PCIe protocols. - Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with a demonstrated ability to work effectively across teams.
