Job Summary

Investigates and processes discrepancy claims.

• What You Will Do:
• Execute investigation of discrepancy claims
• Execute processing of discrepancy claims based on investigation outcome
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to complete investigations
• Engage with customers throughout the claims process

Degree Requirement

Degree or equivalent experience desired

• What You Have:

Accuracy and Attention to Detail: Understanding the necessity and value of accuracy; ability to complete tasks with high levels of precision

• Analytical Thinking: Knowledge of techniques and tools that promote effective analysis; ability to determine the root cause of organizational problems and create alternative solutions that resolve these problems

• Data Gathering & Analysis: Knowledge of data gathering and analysis tools, techniques, and processes; ability to collect and synthesize data from a variety of stakeholders and sources in an objective manner to reach a conclusion, goal, or judgment

• Inventory Management: Knowledge of processes and methods of inventory management

• Materials Handling and Management: Knowledge of material handling and management in plants

• Problem Solving: Knowledge of approaches, tools, techniques for recognizing, anticipating, and resolving organizational, operational or process problems; ability to apply knowledge of problem solving appropriately to diverse situations

• Supply Chain Management: Knowledge of functions, principles and techniques used in supply chain management.

• This position requires to work in 1-10PM shift
