Inventory Aging Executive

Job Description:

Inventory Aging Executive Company: Pagariya Food Products Location: Bangalore Department: Inventory / Stock Control Reports To: Accounts / Operations Head Role Summary Monitor and track aging of all inventory across the supply chain — from factory stocks to market-level inventory at distributors and super stockists. Flag items nearing expiry or slow-moving stock before they become a problem.

Key Responsibilities

Factory Inventory Track aging of raw materials, packing materials, and other goods at all storage locations Maintain updated aging reports with clear visibility on stock movement Alert concerned teams when items approach critical aging thresholds Market Inventory Monitor finished goods aging at distributors, super stockists, and other channel partners Coordinate with sales team to get stock and batch data from the market Identify slow-moving or near-expiry stock and escalate for action Reporting & Escalation Prepare weekly/monthly aging reports for management review Proactively inform relevant stakeholders when stock movement is off track Suggest actions to clear aging stock before it becomes a loss

Graduate (any stream)

Experience:

Minimum 2 years in inventory management, stock control, or similar role Comfortable with Excel and inventory software Good communication
