Internet Sales Representative
to join our
centralized Business Development Center (BDC)
serving all five dealerships in Northwest Indiana.
- Respond to internet leads, phone calls, and chat inquiries with speed, accuracy, and professionalism.
- Build rapport and trust with potential customers by providing information about inventory, specials, and financing options.
- Set qualified appointments for the sales team across all Graff Auto Campus locations.
- Manage CRM activities, ensuring all customer interactions are logged and followed up on consistently.
- Collaborate with the BDC team and store managers to maximize opportunities and improve customer experience.
- Strong communication skills – written and verbal.
- High energy and a positive, customer-first attitude.
- Comfort with technology, CRM systems, and digital communication.
- Ability to multi-task and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous BDC, call center, or automotive experience a plus (but not required – we will train the right person!).
