Inside Sales Executive

Handle and manage leads from IndiaMART, social media platforms, company website, and direct calls Filter, qualify, and prioritize leads as per business

Make outbound and inbound sales calls to understand customer needs Ensure timely follow-ups through calls, emails, and messages Prepare and share quotations and sales-related information with customers Update and maintain accurate lead details and follow-up status in CRM software Coordinate with internal teams for order processing and closures Work towards achieving assigned sales targets and conversion goals
