Inside Sales / Business Development Executive

• Role Summary:

We are looking for a proactive sales professional to drive lead generation and business development for Zoho-based solutions. The role involves engaging with prospects, understanding business needs, and supporting deal closures.

• Key Responsibilities:

Generate and qualify leads through calls, emails, and LinkedIn outreach

Pitch Zoho solutions (CRM, Creator, Books, etc.) to SMB and mid-market clients

Schedule product demos and coordinate with the pre-sales/technical team

Maintain and update pipeline in CRM

Support proposal creation and follow-ups

Build and maintain client relationships for repeat business

Work closely with internal teams for smooth deal closure

Requirements

• Requirements (Must-Have):

2–3 years of experience in inside sales / SaaS sales / IT sales

Basic understanding of Zoho products (CRM preferred)

Strong communication and presentation skills

Experience in lead generation and cold outreach.

Familiarity with CRM tools and sales tracking

Target-driven mindset with ability to meet KPIs

• Good to Have:

Exposure to SaaS / Cloud / CRM solutions

Experience in demo coordination or client handling

Knowledge of basic sales funnel and pipeline management
