Independent Engineering Consultant

Property Solutions Inc. is seeking Independent Architectural/Engineering consultants in the Midwest/Northeast/Southeast/West area to join our expanding network of Independent Consultants (IC). You will conduct

Property Condition Assessments (PCA) and Construction Monitoring (CM) for various contract opportunities nationwide.

You will be exposed to a wide variety of property types including residential, office, retail, hospitality, and warehouse/distribution buildings. This is an ideal position for those architects and engineers who wish to utilize their technical and forensic investigation skills as to building system/component system failure. With Property Solutions, you will also get to work with other seasoned architects/engineers, conducting and leading projects independently.
