Job Responsibilities

IMS Recon Spec 1 (Clinical Operations)
Location - Hyderabad / Office based

Job Description / what you will be doing!

• Experience: Minimum 2+ years of relevant Industry exposure 
• The team member will be responsible & manage project closure activities related to investigator payments by reviewing internal site contracts vs oracle database vs MCTMS
• Manage investigator payments using IMPACT and Medidata platforms with a strong focus on data accuracy.
• Collaborate with clinical operations, project management, A/P, A/R, and contracts teams to maintain a holistic view of project finances.
• Review and interpret Clinical Trial Agreements (CTAs) to ensure payments follow contractual terms.
• Perform Excel-based grant tracking, cost entries, and invoice reviews.

Job Specification / Required - Primary Skills

• Experience with invoice processing and data reconciliation
• Ability to work independently with high attention to detail
• Good communication skills
• Familiarity with MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

Good to have / Preferred Industry Background

–

• Finance or accounting-related roles
• Experience in payment processing or financial operations is a plus
