About the role:

There is a 3-month probationary period designed for individuals interested in building a career in software implementation. This is a hybrid role that blends business analysis with technical configuration. You will be trained in: Core modules of Freshworks products (Freshdesk, Freshservice, etc) Understanding client

and business workflows Configuring and customising Freshworks tools Basics of ITSM/CRM, automation, and third-party integrations Hands-on workshops, shadowing of implementation engineers Understanding of how businesses work and function Stipend will be provided for the course of 3 months. Evaluation Criteria Engineers will be continuously assessed on: Conceptual understanding (via assignments and assessments) Communication
