Job Title: Human Resources Manager

Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 10 years of experience in the Human Resources field, with a proven track record of success. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the HR department, including recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training and development, and compliance with labor laws and regulations. This is a leadership role that requires strong interpersonal skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to effectively manage a team

• Roles and Responsibilities: - Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business objectives

- Manage the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, interviewing, and new employees

- Oversee employee relations, including handling employee grievances, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution

- Develop and implement performance management systems to ensure employee productivity and engagement

- Coordinate and deliver training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge

- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations, including maintaining accurate employee records and documentation

- Manage the HR budget and monitor expenses

- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in HR management

- Provide guidance and support to managers and employees on HR-related matters

- Lead and mentor the HR team, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment

Qualifications:

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; Master's degree preferred

- Minimum of 10 years of experience in Human Resources, with at least 5 years in a managerial role

- Strong knowledge of labor laws and regulations

- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

- Proven ability to effectively manage a team and drive results

- Strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities

- Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion

- Proficient in HR software and systems
