HR Executive

. The selected candidate will be responsible for supporting and managing core Human Resource operations, including recruitment coordination, employee documentation,, communication, attendance coordination, and maintaining a structured work environment.

The role requires strong interpersonal skills, professionalism, confidentiality, and the ability to coordinate effectively with multiple departments within the organization.

Requirements

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in:

  • Human Resource Management
  • Business Administration (HR)
  • Psychology
  • Management or related fields

Skills and Competencies

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Good organizational and coordination abilities
• Professional attitude and problem-solving approach
• Basic understanding of HR processes and recruitment systems
• Ability to manage documentation and records efficiently
• Familiarity with tools such as Zoho Recruit, Zoho CRM, MS Excel, or Google Workspace will be an added advantage

Experience

• 0–2 years of experience in HR, recruitment, administration, or operations preferred
• Freshers with strong communication and organizational skills may also apply
