The successful candidate will proactively identify and resolve discrepancies, recommend process improvements, and manage critical workflows involving payroll,, vendor management, and employee experience.

Major Duties and Responsibilities

  • Review HR operational and payroll data for completeness and accuracy, ensuring monthly payroll cycles are completed accurately and on schedule.
  • Identify payroll or discrepancies and proactively coordinate resolution with internal stakeholders and external vendors.

  • Maintain, update, and improve HR operational procedures and documentation to ensure organizational consistency.
  • Manage employee and payroll readiness workflows, including employment documentation, tickets, orientation, and pre-start readiness.
  • Assist with and knowledge sharing for new HR team members.
  • Own the tracking and coordination of employee-related payments and travel expenses, collaborating closely with Finance to ensure timely processing.
