About the Role

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR – Talent Acquisition & Generalist to join our growing team in the Solar/Renewable Energy industry. The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end recruitment as well as day-to-day HR operations and employee coordination.

The role requires someone who can independently handle recruitment, employee documentation,, attendance, HR coordination and basic employee relations.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process from sourcing to joining.

Understand hiring requirements from department heads and prepare/source relevant candidates.

Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals, references and other channels.

Screen resumes and conduct initial HR/telephonic interviews.

Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates.

Maintain recruitment trackers and candidate databases.

Handle salary discussions, offer negotiations and joining follow-ups.

Build a strong talent pipeline for current and future requirements.

Ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.

HR Generalist / HR Operations

Manage employee joining, and induction processes.

Maintain employee records, HR files and documentation.

Prepare and manage offer letters, appointment letters, confirmation letters, experience letters and other HR documents.

Manage attendance and leave records and coordinate payroll inputs.

Handle employee queries and provide day-to-day HR support.

Support employee engagement activities and maintain a positive work environment.

Assist in performance management, appraisals and employee feedback processes.

Support exit formalities, resignation documentation and full & final coordination.

Assist with basic HR policies, compliance and statutory documentation, including PF/ESI exposure where applicable.

Prepare HR reports, trackers and MIS as required by management.

Required Skills

Strong knowledge of Talent Acquisition and recruitment processes.

Good understanding of HR Generalist/HR Operations activities.

Hands-on experience with Naukri, LinkedIn and other recruitment platforms.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Strong candidate follow-up and coordination skills.

Good knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Google Sheets.

Basic understanding of attendance, payroll, employee documentation and HR policies.

Ability to manage multiple positions and HR activities simultaneously.

Strong problem-solving and organizational skills.

Eligibility

Graduate in HR, Business Administration or a related field.

1–3 years of relevant HR experience in Talent Acquisition, HR Generalist or HR Operations.

Immediate joiners / candidates with short notice period are preferred.

Candidates should be comfortable working from the Sona Road, Gurugram location.
