eWay Corp is a leading provider of website design, Ecommerce, content management, and cloud infrastructure solutions to Public & Private Sector customers in the United States. We are also an AWS Select Consulting Partner and offer cloud infrastructure services to our customers.
We are looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2-3 years of experience in IT hiring to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle, sourcing quality IT talent, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
Responsibilities
- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for IT and technology positions.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand job requirements, team structures, and hiring priorities.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, social media, networking, and other sourcing channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments to evaluate technical and behavioral fit.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and technical panels.
- Manage candidate communication throughout the recruitment process.
- Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Track recruitment metrics, hiring progress, and candidate status using ATS and recruitment trackers.
- Ensure adherence to hiring timelines and recruitment SLAs.
- Stay updated on market trends, talent availability, competitor hiring practices, and sourcing strategies.
Requirements
- 2-3 years of experience in IT or Technical Recruitment, preferably within an IT Services environment.
- Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and recruitment platforms.
- Hands-on experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Naukri, Indeed, and Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS).
- Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage multiple requisitions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
- Experience hiring for niche and lateral technology positions.
- Good understanding of technical terminology and IT skill sets.
- Strong networking and talent mapping capabilities.
- Data-driven approach to recruitment and reporting.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Education
