Job Description
This person will be responsible for overseeing the management of HR systems (HRMS), policy development and enforcement, performance management processes (PMS), and compensation benchmarking to ensure streamlined operations within the HR department. - Oversee the implementation, maintenance, and optimization of HRMS to ensure seamless HR operations. - Develop, review, and update HR policies to ensure alignment with organizational goals, legal requirements, and industry standards. - Oversee the performance management cycle, including goal-setting, performance reviews, and feedback mechanisms. - Support managers and employees in the performance evaluation process, ensuring that it is objective, consistent, and aligned with business goals. - Review and improve the performance appraisal process to enhance employee development and productivity. - Analyse performance data to identify trends and recommend actions for improvement or recognition. - Conduct regular compensation benchmarking studies to ensure competitive salary structures and

Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Human resources, Business Administration or related field; Masters’ degree preferred. 4-8 years of relevant experience. Strong knowledge of HRMS systems (SAP/ Workday/ Zoho). Strong knowledge of HR metrics. NOTE : THIS ROLE IS STRICTLY 6-DAYS (MON-SAT), WORK FROM OFFICE ITSELF IN SECTOR-66, GURUGRAM, HARYANA.
