Handling total recruitment cycle ( Mid level to higher level)
Should have good knowledge in on line portal like naukri, link-din, Monster, times job etc,
Main responsibility will be talent acquisition,, hr operation etc.
Should have working experience in team handling, strategic planning and implementing,
Need working experience HR portal like ZOHO,KEKA.

Should have minimum 8-10 years working experience in Insurance industry with call centre culture.
Minimum qualification will be MBA in HR.
Must have working experience around with atleast 500 employees .
