The company specializes in building smart feeding and pumping products, including wearable breast pumps, sterilizers, and bottle warmers, primarily designed for the modern Indian mother. With a mission to enhance the experience of motherhood, Promom is expanding its team to reach new heights. ## Job Summary As the HR & Admin Manager, you will be pivotal in managing people operations at Promom. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire employee lifecycle, from recruitment to payroll management. You will also ensure compliance with statutory regulations and support hiring coordination across the Noida and Lucknow offices. ## Responsibilities - Coordinate recruitment efforts with agencies and direct channels to fill various positions. - Draft and process offer letters, employment agreements, and documentation. - Manage monthly payroll processing and collaborate with the finance team. - Ensure compliance with POSH (Prevention of Sexual Harassment), Shops & Establishment Act, Provident Fund (PF), Employee State Insurance (ESI), and other statutory filings. - Oversee office administration and manage vendor relationships across both Noida and Lucknow offices. ## Qualifications - 3 to 5 years of HR experience, preferably in a startup environment rather than large corporations. - Hands-on experience in managing payroll and ensuring statutory compliance. - Knowledgeable in POSH, Shops & Establishment, PF, ESI, and basic labor laws. - Able to work independently as the sole HR professional and build processes from the ground up. - Bonus: Experience in setting up HR functions at a Series A or pre-Series B company. ## Preferred Skills - Strong interpersonal and communication skills. - Familiarity with HR software and payroll systems. - Problem-solving and organizational skills. - Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment. ## Experience - Minimum of 3 to 5 years in the HR field, ideally within a startup setting that fosters growth and innovation. ## Environment The position is hybrid, allowing flexibility to work from both the office and remotely.
