HORECA SALES EXECUTIVE

Key Responsibilities:-

• Business Development: Identify and new clients, including hotels, restaurants, cafes, and catering companies, to expand market presence.

• Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with key decision-makers like F&B managers and executive chefs.

• Sales Execution: Manage the entire sales cycle, from lead generation and cold calling to product demonstrations, tastings, and deal closure.

• Account Optimization: Regularly visit existing accounts to ensure customer satisfaction and identify opportunities for upselling or cross-selling.

• Market Intelligence: Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities.

• Reporting & Forecasting: Prepare weekly/monthly sales reports, maintain CRM data, and provide accurate sales forecasts to management.

• Operational Coordination: Work with logistics and operations teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and resolve any delivery issues.

Requirements

Required Qualifications:-

Experience: Minimum of 1year of sales experience specifically within the HoReCa or B2B food industry

• Industry Network: A robust existing network of hospitality industry contacts is highly preferred.

• Skills:

Strong negotiation, persuasion, and closing skills.

Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel) and CRM software like Salesforce.

Exceptional communication and presentation abilities

• Other: Willingness to travel extensively (6080% field time) and a valid driver's license.

Preferred Skills:-

Previous experience selling premium food products, beverages, or commercial kitchen equipment.

Deep understanding of HoReCa procurement processes and product approval cycles.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
