Night Shift

 team, working on Movies & OTT content for global audiences.

Role Description

The selected candidate will be responsible for creating, editing, reviewing, and quality-checking Hindi subtitles and AD/CC (Audio Description & Closed Captions), ensuring all content meets company standards for grammar, spelling, punctuation, accuracy, timing, and style consistency. The role also requires taking ownership of assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery of completed files, and coordinating with internal teams and stakeholders to meet delivery timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Create, edit, and review Hindi subtitles and AD/CC content.
• Perform linguistic and technical quality checks on assigned projects.
• Ensure consistency with client-specific style guides and company quality standards.
• Take ownership of assigned projects and ensure files are delivered accurately and on time to internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and internal teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely deliveries.
• Deliver projects within defined turnaround times while maintaining high accuracy.
• Handle multiple projects efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Qualifications

• Native or near-native proficiency in reading and writing Hindi is mandatory.
• Strong English language proficiency is required.
• Minimum

1 - 2 years

of experience in content editing, subtitling, captioning, localization, or a related field is mandatory.

• Excellent attention to detail with strong grammar and language skills.
• Familiarity with subtitle editing tools and OTT localization workflows is an added advantage.
• Must be comfortable working full-time in the night shift from the Mumbai office.
• Strong sense of ownership, accountability, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
