Software Engineering Senior Analyst

Position Overview

We are seeking a UiPath Developer with strong expertise in designing and implementing end-to-end automation solutions. The candidate will be responsible for solution architecture, development, integration, and deployment of UiPath RPA workflows. This role requires hands-on experience with UiPath components,

AI Center, API integrations, Python development, SQL and Agile delivery practices. The ideal candidate should also possess strong analytical skills, coding proficiency, and the ability to collaborate with business and technical teams.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy UiPath automation solutions using Studio, Orchestrator, and Robots.
• Configure workflows following best practices: modular design, reusable libraries, exception handling, and logging.
• Integrate UiPath workflows with REST/SOAP APIs, handle JSON, and connect to third-party systems.
• Utilize UiPath features like Data Service, Action Center, Apps, Document understanding, IXP and AI Center for intelligent automation.
• Collaborate with architects and IT teams to align automation solutions with enterprise standards.
• Develop and maintain Python-based utilities, scripts, and integrations to support automation solutions, data processing, and API interactions. Build custom activities using VB.NET, C#, or Python and maintain reusable components.
• Should be able to Write and optimize SQL queries and database integrations to support
• Automation and reporting requirements. Conduct code reviews, workflow audits, and enforce best practices for RPA development.
• Support QA teams during functional and UAT testing cycles.
• Participate in release management and ensure smooth production deployments.
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues promptly to maintain business continuity. Work closely with business analysts and stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning) and client meetings.
• Stay updated on UiPath advancements and contribute to process optimization initiatives.

Qualifications

• College degree (Bachelor) in related technical/business areas or equivalent work

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience

• Experience: 3-5 years in software development with 3 years in UiPath RPA.
• Strong knowledge of UiPath Studio, Orchestrator, Robots, and AI-driven advanced components (AI Agents, IXP, Action Center, Document Understanding, AI Center).
• Strong proficiency in Python programming for automation, API integration, data processing, scripting, and reusable component development.
• Proficiency in VB.NET, C#, and/or Python with experience in APIs, JSON, LINQ, and Excel automation.
• Good hands-on experience with SQL Queries, query optimization, stored procedures, and data integration.
• 3-5 years of experience with 3 years automation development experience.
• • Hands-on experience with SQL Server and integration of REST/SOAP APIs.
• • Familiarity with Git/GitHub, JIRA, and Agile SDLC practices.
• • Strong troubleshooting, problem-solving, and analytical skills.
• • Excellent communication skills for stakeholder interaction.

• Experience with CI/CD pipelines.
• Exposure to LEAN, Agile, and Design Thinking methodologies.
• Healthcare experience
