The Learning Success Coach serves as the main point of contact for an assigned group of students to guide them to achieve academic success. The Learning Success Coach will counsel, motivate, and advise in order to help all students meet their educational goals. Responsible for creating and maintaining relationships with assigned students, their families and other stakeholders in an effort to support student success, retention and progression to graduation.
The Learning Success Coach (LSC) Bench is a reserve of highly qualified individuals who can start immediately a position becomes available. ASUPD continues adding to our bench of qualified adjuncts on a continual basis. Most employment opportunities, available, are remote full-time W2 employees. Being on the bench does not guarantee immediate employment nor does it guarantee an appointment to a full-time position within a certain time period. Please note, the bench is an unpaid position that does not receive benefits.
